Site, Vineyard and Soil Weingarten Satzäcker und Weingartenhöhe, limestone-rich alluvial gravel soils, with a thin layer of drifted sandy soil. Description Clear and pale bright yellow. Intensely aromatic, floral nose of orange blossoms, homemade marzipan, yellow tea roses and lime cocktail. A slight breath of Grandma's vanilla pastries. An aromatic mix of green apples, limes, yellow kiwi fruit and honeydew melon. Jasmine blossoms and rapeseed honey in the finish. A wonderful reward for a trying day.

Food pairing With Alpine cheese & leek quiche, steamed arctic char with spring vegetables, with apple strudel or enjoyed simply by itself. Serving temperature 8 bis 10 °C (46 - 50° F) Vinification Harvested by hand, destemmed, berries lightly pressed, fermented in the press for twelve hours; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 21°C. The fermentation lasted for four weeks. Acidity 5,3 g/l, Alcohol 12,5 % Vol., Residual Sugar 7,5 g/l
