Site, Vineyard and Soil
Weingarten Satzäcker und Weingartenhöhe, limestone-rich alluvial gravel soils, with a thin layer of drifted sandy soil.
Clear and pale bright yellow. Intensely aromatic, floral nose of orange blossoms, homemade marzipan, yellow tea roses and lime cocktail. A slight breath of Grandma's vanilla pastries. An aromatic mix of green apples, limes, yellow kiwi fruit and honeydew melon. Jasmine blossoms and rapeseed honey in the finish. A wonderful reward for a trying day.
