Description
Dark ruby red with a core that’s almost black. In the nose a mix of blackberries and a touch of marzipan, with thyme and oregano in the finish. A wealth of red and dark berry aromas; a bit of wild game and a lovey herbaceous spice appear on the palate.

Food pairing
With salads, fish and white meat. A versatile wine for nearly every occasion.

Serving temperature
Slightly chilled, 14°C

Vinification
Harvested by hand, destemmed, partially crushed, some 30% whole berries fermented on the skins. Pressed 5 days after the start of fermentation, Maturation in stainless steel tank.

 
Acidity 4,5 g/l,  Alcohol 12,0 % Vol.,  Residual Sugar 3,0 g/l
